Under the guidance and demonstration of the college teachers, international students learned about the significance of making dumplings in traditional Chinese customs and became familiar with the process of making dumplings.
Through their respective hands-on operations, they gradually grew familarity. Mixing noodles, mixing fillings, rolling skin, and kneading skin...they gradually became proficient in the movements. After a moment of effort, various shapes of dumplings were neatly placed on the table, and students showcased their works one after another. After tasting the homemade dumplings, they excitedly expressed their blessings for the Chinese New Year, thanked the school for providing a valuable opportunity to experience the Chinese New Year, learned firsthand about the auspicious meaning of family reunion and festive reunion of dumplings, felt the warmth of reuniting with family, and looked forward to next year's Chinese New Year activities.
