On May 7th, in order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the school and enrich the cultural life of international students after class, the International Education College organized a kite flying activity called "Flying the Soul Close to Nature" to welcome the school's anniversary.
During the event, the international students jointly learned about the history and culture of Chinese kites, and under the guidance of the college teachers, they proficiently mastered the flying techniques. They sent colorful kites into the air, each flying in the wind. This not only released pressure, relaxed their mood, but also deepened their understanding of traditional Chinese culture. After the event, international students expressed that they would take kites back to their homeland and fly them with their families.
The activities have enriched the learning experience of international students during their school years and enhanced their interest in traditional Chinese culture.
