国际教育学院简介
我校是经教育部批准有资格招收来华留学生的高等院校之一，2005年开始招收来华留学生；2012年成立国际交流与合作处，开始整班制招收临床医学专业来华留学生；2018年成立国际教育学院（外国语学院）；2021年成立国际教育学院。
目前招收临床医学专业留学本科生和研究生，生源主要来自巴基斯坦、赞比亚、加纳、埃及、苏丹、坦桑尼亚、津巴布韦等16个国家，少数生源来自英国、美国、爱尔兰等发达国家。学院重视人才培养，强化留学生师资队伍建设，聘有3名医学专业外籍教师。按照教育部《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》和《来华留学生高等教育质量规范（试行）》要求，制定《济宁医学院临床医学专业留学生(本科)人才培养方案》，明确培养目标和标准，规范教育教学管理。强化教学质量监控，开展留学生授课教师培训、教学观摩和教学比赛。重视留学生实践教学质量，临床见习、实习医院为济宁医学院附属医院，该院为三级甲等大型综合医院、山东省区域医疗中心，担任指导来华留学生临床实习和见习的教师110余人。
现学院拥有一支相对稳定、爱岗敬业、熟悉外事、精于管理的专兼职留学生管理工作队伍。树立“学生为本，安全第一，人性化、法制化并重”的管理理念，建章立制，提升留学生管理规范化。开展法制安全教育，提升留学生学法守法和自我保护意识；建立心理健康档案，关注留学生身心健康；做好留学生居留延期等外事服务；积极开展跨文化活动和国情教育，培养留学生“知华、友华”情感。学院扎实推进高等教育对外开放，培养了一批医学基础知识扎实、临床技能规范、职业素质良好，适应留学生生源国或第三国需求的应用型医学人才。
Introduction to International Education College
Our university is one of the institutions of higher learning that has been approved by the Ministry of Education to recruit international students. In 2005, we began to recruit international students; in 2012, the International Exchange and Cooperation Office was established and we began to recruit international students majoring in clinical medicine in a whole-class system; in 2018, The International Education College (Foreign Language College) was established; in 2021, The International Education College was established.
At present, international undergraduate and postgraduate students majoring in clinical medicine are recruited. The students mainly come from 16 countries such as Pakistan, Zambia, Ghana, Egypt, Sudan, Tanzania and Zimbabwe, and a small number of students come from developed countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States and Ireland. The college attaches great importance to personnel training, strengthens the construction of teachers for international students and employs 3 foreign medical teachers.In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education's Administrative Measures for School Enrollment and Training of International Students and Higher Education Quality Standards for International Students (Trial), we have formulated the Training Program for Undergraduate International Students Majoring in Clinical Medicine of Jining Medical University to clarify the training goals and standards and standardize the education and teaching management. We have strengthened the monitoring of teaching quality, carried out the training, teaching observation and teaching competition of international students' teachers, and attached great importance to the practical teaching quality of international students. The hospital for clinical practice and internship is the affiliated hospital of Jining Medical University, a large-scale general hospital of grade A and a regional medical center of Shandong Province. There are more than 110 teachers who guide the clinical practice and internship for international students.
At present, the college has a relatively stable, dedicated, familiar with foreign affairs and proficient in management of international students. The team consists of full-time and part-time personnel. We have established the management concept of student-oriented, safety first, humanization and legalization and established rules and regulations to improve the standardization of international student management. We have carried out legal and safety education to enhance international students' awareness of law-abiding and self-protection, established mental health files to pay attention to the physical and mental health of international students and provided foreign affairs services such as residence extension for international students. We have actively carried out cross-cultural activities and national education to cultivate the emotion of knowing China and making friends with China among international students. The college has solidly promoted the opening of higher education to the outside world, and has cultivated a group of applied medical talents with solid basic medical knowledge, standardized clinical skills and good professional quality, who can meet the needs of international students' countries or other countries.
